Amanda was fantastic throughout the entire process. It was an easy decision to trust her with selling our home. She is a true western North Carolina local, and having grown up here, knows the town and market extremely well. She was responsive and worked tirelessly to close the deal on our house which she did perfectly. We had the house under contract within 3 weeks of listing! And then, with all the little details that come with closing, she kept us regularly informed and had several suggestions to make the process smoother, and due to her numerous local contacts, saved us quite a bit of money on the final details that had to be ironed out.
